What excites me the most is empowering social entrepreneurs and nonprofit leaders to transform aspirations into impact. Good intentions do not automatically mean we have clarity about what we need to do. We might be underfunded, or struggling to prioritize and confidently say no to things. We might feel compassion fatigue. Evaluation and metrics blues? How do we know if what we are doing is working? These are common struggles in the nonprofit sector. I’ve been there! Together, we can build a roadmap to creative innovation and impact for those we lovingly serve. For decades, I have partnered with clients to provide a hands-on approach and practical strategies for organizations to reach their potential and innovate.

“Leah is a great communicator who is continuously relaying vital knowledge so that I can more effectively do my job. She is a great resource to bounce ideas off of in either a planning or coaching capacity. I always learn something new, and just when you think you’ve learned all that you could from Leah, you’ll meet her for a one-on-one and she’ll whip out a few more handouts to help you think through a problem.”
