I’m an award-winning volunteer engagement professional with experience leading strategic change across national nonprofits and grassroots organizations. I hold the Certified Volunteer Administrator (CVA) credential and have taught Volunteer Management at Fleming College since 2022.
My work focuses on building people-centered systems, clear roles, fair processes, and healthy boundaries, so volunteers feel supported and organizations can focus on their mission with confidence.
