From local nonprofits to global coalitions: when your efforts aren’t producing the impact you need.

I help nonprofits, foundations, and mission-driven organizations build the coalitions, operational systems, and theories of change that create lasting, scalable impact.

I’ve worked with local nonprofits, regional and global coalitions, national governments and global organizations to create impact at scale.

I’ve been on both sides of the grant table, as a grantee and as a consultant working with funders on strategy. I understand how foundations set and finance priorities. My 15 years working for a data-to-impact research center funded by some of the world’s largest foundations cemented my understanding of how winning grants are written.

I am fully English-French bilingual and my company, AvoMotion, is a Certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE Canada).

Nonprofits I’ve worked with:

My work has spanned over 90 countries, with NGOs, civil society organizations, the United Nations and other IGOs, national governments, and global foundations. I have guided stakeholders on policy and impact in public health, gender equality, disability rights, education and social policy, and advised foundations investing across complex contexts. I bring this depth to every engagement.

I work best with

  • NGOs and civil society organizations whose ambition outpaces their current systems
  • Organizations navigating a critical transition: growth, restructuring, or a shift in their funding landscape
  • Coalitions navigating complexity across sectors, cultures, or jurisdictions
  • Foundations looking to build or strengthen the ecosystems around their funding priorities

Sectors

  • Philanthropy and Foundations
