Hello! My name is Cheyanne (she/her), I am a enthusiastic fundraiser, driven in equal measure by delivering big-picture results and exceptional personal experiences for all stakeholders involved. I am most inspired when working with individuals and organizations to build meaningful, collaborative relationships for positive change. When I asked colleagues to describe me, the words that came up the most were caring, positive, and energetic. I love what I do and come to the social profit sector with the wholehearted intention to always learn and grow – both the organizations that I work with and myself as an ever-evolving fundraiser.

When an unexpected sudden gap in my maternity leave coverage left our organization needing immediate support, Balanced Good was able to jump in and hit the ground running (during the fall no less!). Cheyanne not only successfully led several campaigns, but was able to leverage her expertise to develop policies, strategies, and content that has set us up for future success. I returned to work feeling that our fundraising program had significantly advanced rather than having been simply maintained.
