I’m a Venezuelan-American therapist, improv actor and community organizer. I lead UFacilitate, a global facilitation company.
My work is about creating the conditions for that to happen, helping nonprofit leaders diagnose what’s quietly getting in the way of trust and collaboration, and giving them practical tools to address it.
